Black Gauges for Windows 7

I couldn't find any that worked right in Win.7, so I used the .pngs from a guys rainmeter gauges and made Windows Gadgets out of them.

I realized I could easily create a new gauge just by replacing the 'back.png' in any CPU gadget's 'Images folder, using any of the ones in that Rainmeter Pack. cool little trick.

How have you align the quick launch icons to the notification area on the superbar, because if you select small icons for it, if they are aligned but the bar and the buttons are smaller in height, now instead if the default Windows 7 with large icons and enable the quick start icons for it are higher and therefore misaligned with the notification area.
